Until Next Time

I watched as Selene threw a mix of herbs onto the dying embers in the fire pit that burns throughout the night. I like the way she nods at the fire, giving it a knowing smile, as if she’s saying “thank you” to the spirits that live here.  Softly I hear her say “Until Next Time”…
