If you have an issue with your item, please email us directly at support@eternallyboundstudio.com, and we will do everything we can to make it right. - Photos of any damages along with the associated order number are required before we can look into any order issues. 

Damages and Issues

- Due to the handmade nature of our bath and body care products, we cannot accept any returns. Customers may contact us about any issues found with orders delivered within the past 48 hours, and we'll complete a resolution regarding the issue with your order in no more than 14 business days of your initial email to us.

- All our merch is printed and distributed directly from our printers. Unfortunately, that does not allow us to oversee quality control before it reaches you. If you receive a item that is entirely wrong or damaged please reach out so we can help replace it.
