ORDERS
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes! Please note all international shipping rates are calculated by the carriers themselves and you may be subject to additional fees once the package has arrived in your country. We have no control over those costs.
When will my order ship?
We strive to have all orders processed within 5-7 days.
- If you created an account (which we recommend) you can log in at any time and see the status of your order.
- If you checked out as a guest, simply wait for your automated shipping notification email and tracking information. (Until you receive both of these, your order is still processing.)
- To reduce processing times, you can also purchase a 'Skip the Line' pass prior to checking out.
During seasonal busy times, such as limited edition author collaborations and peak gift-giving season, please allow additional time due to increased order volumes.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship out 6-8 weeks after the pre-order closes, unless otherwise mentioned.
Can I pay for express delivery?
Yes! We have partnered with USPS and UPS to offer our customers a wide selection of shipping methods.
- The delivery times will vary based on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the arrival destination.

Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to assist with cancelling any orders once they've been submitted.
Do you accept returns?
Do the nature of our items we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The order number and photo are required to review any issue.

GENERAL
When is the next restock?
We aim to restock every month or so. This may be a restock of signature products or a limited edition collection. To be in the know, sign up for our emails and follow us on Instagram.
What are your business hours?
You are welcome to shop anytime you want from our online store (unless we are in the middle of a restock update, then it'll be closed for short periods of time).
Our workdays are based around the current order volume and behind the scenes actions needed to keep things operating smoothly. We work full time jobs on top of running EBS, so we work odd hours of the morning all the way through the night.
We aim to address any communications (emails, social media comments, and DM's) within 24-48 hours.
Can I share author collaboration ideas with you?
Absolutely! We love hearing what you'd like to see in the store.

Are all of your author collections licensed?
Yes! We make sure all product designs are 100% approved by the author we are working with prior to selling. Some collections are made hand in hand with the author others are through a licensed contract where we receive permissions directly from the author/their team.
Do you wholesale or private label?
Yes, this is offered throughout the year as we have time. If interested please fill out this form and we'll reach out!
Do you support charities?
Yes! We donate to Eco-Soap Bank on a reoccurring basis to support their mission in providing soap and hygiene education to the developing world.
In addition to this, we donate a portion of all profit to various charities throughout the year.

Do you send PR or free goodies to potential customers, Bloggers, YouTubers, Etc.?
We announce openings for our street crew through Instagram, please check there for any openings.
PRODUCTS
Where are your products made?
Our crew is located in Austin, TX where we proudly make all of the bath and body products offered in our store. As for the home and apparel merch we carry, those are fulfilled by printers based in our area and throughout the US.
I have allergies. Can I use your products?
Please read all information on our product listings before purchasing. Do not buy or use a product containing an ingredient you're allergic to.
Some of our products contain nut exfoliants, oils and butters. Some products contain small amounts of essential oils.
If you're pregnant or suffer from a medical condition, we recommend you check with your health care professional prior to use.
People with highly sensitive skin should always patch test new products first.
This product looks different then what is listed. What happened?
Each product is handmade in small batches and will therefore have slight variations. This is a perk of handmade goods not a flaw!
We promise that all products will still smell and look great. Any variations in weight will always be in your favor (ie. bigger rather than smaller).
